UI/UX, Web Designer

SoftFormance is mainly focused on SaaS (software as a service) web applications development.

Some of them are startups where we help our clients build and launch MVP version fast. Others are long-term running SaaS businesses.

So you’ll have an opportunity to work on multiple client projects as well as help us with internal company projects (e.g. paid media creatives, sales kit, creatives for content marketing, etc…)

Most of our SaaS clients are coming from the US and Western Europe.

Most of our SaaS projects are focused around the next niches:

• Marketing and Sales Automation
• CRM and Business Processes Automation
• and a bit of FinTech

• Understanding web apps end-user objectives, basics of business analysis
• Experience developing a user interface for web applications, ideally SaaS cabinets
• Experience developing a design for web applications
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or any other similar software
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Demonstrable graphic designs skills with a portfolio
• English: intermediate level or higher 

• Help us create proper UI for our SaaS app clients
• Create web design for web applications
• Help with a design for our internal marketing related materials (content marketing and paid media creatives, sales kit related materials, slide decks, etc…)
• Participate in regular team meetings
• Take part in planning workshops and project proposals (wireframing mainly)
• Follow internal management procedures
• Communicate directly with clients and take an active part in high-level project goals investigation
• Help us improve UI/UX and web design related processes, instantly
