Lead Generation Manager

Remote | Full time

Projects You Will Be Working On:

SoftFormance is mainly focused on SaaS (software as a service) web applications development.

Some of them are startups where we help our clients build and launch MVP version fast. Others are long-term running SaaS businesses.

Most of our SaaS clients are coming from the US and Western Europe.

Most of our projects start as SaaS Startup Planning Workshop engagement.

Must Have

  • English: intermediate level or higher (both written and verbal)
  • Good skills in quickly finding the required information.
  • You’re bold and enthusiastic: you can do 6-10 touches with the same lead without a single response! You can do every next touch with a different customized template
  • You are organized, responsible and a goal-oriented person.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working with services like LinkedIn, FB, AngelList, Upwork, PPH, etc.
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience using automation tools like Snovio, GrowthLead, Lemlist, et
  • B2B sales experience
  • You love writing documentation and putting your daily routine into the system and share it with others!


Your Duties

  • Research the pools of potential clients in professional networks and other platforms within focus markets & campaigns
  • Initiate the first contact with potential clients (text & call)
  • Track your activities and results within the CRM system
  • Take part in automated cold outreach campaigns
  • Set up online and offline meetings
  • Proactively develop creative ways to engage with potential clients and research of new channels
