QA Engineer, Middle+

SoftFormance is mainly focused on SaaS (software as a service) web applications development.

Some of them are startups where we help our clients build and launch MVP version fast. Others are long-term running SaaS businesses.

So you’ll have an opportunity to work on multiple client projects as well as help us with internal company projects (e.g. paid media creatives, sales kit, creatives for content marketing, etc…)

Most of our SaaS clients are coming from the US and Western Europe.

Most of our SaaS projects are focused around the next niches:

• Marketing and Sales Automation
• CRM and Business Processes Automation
• and a bit of FinTech

• 3+ year experience in QA
• English: upper-intermediate level. Both: written and verbal
• Understanding client-server architecture
• Understanding of SDLC;
• Experience with test documentation
• Good understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS/HTTP/REST)
• Practical experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Basic understanding and experience with SQL;

• Create and execute test cases
• Report and verify bugs’ to guarantee the quality of the developed enterprise-level game solutions
• Ensure that developed QA-related documentation and other artifacts of testing meet the agreed standards/guidelines
• Actively participate in project and team meetings
• Provide updates to the task estimates and status of assigned tasks
• Participate in the estimation of QA tasks
• Work with PM to analyze business requirements
• Requirements analysis and clarification for testing purposes, raising flags in case gaps are detected;
• Providing reports based on test execution (bug reports, test summary reports);
• Effective communication on QA-related and product-related topics with the team
